Die Farbmalereien in Öl auf Leinwand sind zum größten Teil parallel zu den Landschaftsmalereien der 2010 Jahren entstanden.

In ihnen zeigt sich das Potenzial der verwendeten Farbtöne, unabhängig vom Objekt Landschaft. Die Farbgebung ist auf zwei bis drei Buntfarben reduziert. Der lasierende Farbauftrag führt zu einer hohem Transparenz, welche die unterschiedlichen Klangfarben entstehen lassen.

Farbe als einziges Thema der malerischen Arbeit erlaubt mir, wie schon in den Aquarellen der Serie „Farbbegegnungen“, mich mit den unterschiedlichen Wesensarten der Farbtöne zu beschäftigen. Es ist so etwas wie eine Liebeserklärung an die Welt der Farben, für die es keine Objekte braucht.

Colour oil paintings on canvas for the most part have developed parallel to landscape painting of the 2010 years.

They show the potential of the used colour shades regardless of the object landscape. Colouration is reduced to two or three chromatic colours. Glazed paint application lead to a high transparency which give birth to different tonal colours.

Colour being the only theme of my painterly work allows me, as in my aquarelles of the group “Encounters of Colours”, to occupy myself with the different characters of colour shades. It’s like a declaration of love to the world of colours needless of any object.
